Cleveland's newest rapid transit system is the most efficient and quickest way to travel between Downtown and University Circle.
During the work day, Rapid Transit Vehicles (RTVs) pass stations every 5 minutes. Fare collection is off-board at each station, which makes for quick entry and exit from the HealthLine. The trip from Public Square to University Circle takes just 20 minutes.
