The Ruth Ratner Miller Awards. Celebrating a legacy.
Each year, the Ruth Ratner Miller Award is presented to a member of the downtown community for career achievement in the advancement and enhancement of Downtown Cleveland. The award is named for Ruth Ratner Miller, who was a civic leader and life-long advocate of Cleveland and its people who brought vision and vitality to the redevelopment of downtown.
